Nice 2 level penthouse apartment in Elviria Marbella with beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea near Santa Maria Golf and Nikki Beach.
The apartment is nicely furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and lots of terrace space on both floors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area, where you will find a TV with lots of different TV channels. High Speed Internet Access and Apple TV delivers you access to your favourite streaming apps like Netflix, etc.
From the living room there is direct access to the main terrace where there is a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace contains garden furniture, sunbeds and a BBQ gas grill.
There is a total of 2 bedrooms.
1st bedroom located on the 1st floor: Contains a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There is direct access to a terrace.
2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor: Contains a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There is direct access to a terrace.
It is possible to make the sofa to a sofa bed, which makes for a total of 6 sleeping places.
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.
There are 2 swimming pools available in the community area, so you can choose the one you like the best. At the swimming pools there is sun loungers and parasols.
The area is used by many golfers and there are several golf courses within short distances, and the nearest is Santa María Golf Club, which is only 500 meters from the apartment.
